This campaign centered Howard Brown Health clinics and the diversity of gender identities represented by our staff and throughout our community of patients.
My team planned and facilitated a paid photo shoot for dozens of staff and clients to express their authentic personalities on camera. I used the resulting portraits as a focal point in my designs, highlighting the vibrant diversity of the Howard Brown ecosystem. The campaign emphasized Howard Brown Health’s commitment to affirming, affordable healthcare and was featured in Chicago Transit Authority vehicles and stations across the city for two months.

The campaign contributed to an increase in patients served in the west and south side communities of Chicago, exceeding our pre-campaign numbers by over 15%.
